CFFEdit
Here are the main features of the CFFEdit program :
- CFFedit is the distribution files editor. It allows you to create or edit your distribution files by entering geographic coordinates (in various formats) and other properties
- CFFedit runs under Windows (95, 98, XP, Vista not tested)
- You can enter coordinates in one of the following formats:
- decimal degrees / Greenwich
- degrees-minutes-secondes / Greenwich
- numeric UTM
- alphanumeric UTM (MGRS)
- Grades / Paris
- British National Grid
- Irish TM Grid
- Lambert belge 1972
- Lambert France I, II, III, IV, II étendu
- IFBL (belgian floristic grid).
- The datum management allows a very precise computation of coordinates conversions.
- You can adjust geographic coordinates to a grid of your choice (e.g.: UTM 10x10 grid)
- Data can be displayed on maps and new points can be digitized with mouse
- Exportation towards one of the following formats: ASCII, MS-Access, MS-FoxPro, Borland Paradox and Borland dBase
- Importation from ASCII files
- You can setup CFFedit so you can search for toponyms coordinates into the CFFGazet database.
